Our company takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we save what data and how we use it. We comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) while editing and processing personal data.

Usage data

Personal data is generally not required to be disclosed in order to use our website. Each time you access one of our sites, data about your visit to the website is stored in a log file. Deletion of personal data

Personal data is deleted if the purpose of storage becomes invalid and no legal norm (for example, statutory retention period) requires the retention of the data. The guidelines of Art. 17 GDPR in conjunction with § 35 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are applicable. If the deletion is not possible due to legal, contractual or commercial or tax-law related reasons, the processing of the data may be restricted at the request of the data subject. Exercising the right requires the written form.

The company ensures the right to data portability as per Art. 20 GDPR Every data subject has the right to receive a copy of his pb-data in a standard machine-readable file format.
