In addition, we have repeatedly successfully passed the \u201cPeer Review\u201d, an external examination of quality assurance measures that is mandatory in Germany. This allows us to carry out statutory annual financial statements.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we carry out special audits, mainly in accordance with the German Renewable Energy Act (Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz; EEG), Real-Estate Brokers and Commercial Builder Law (Makler- und Bautr\u00e4gerverordnung, MaBV) and the law on Budgetary Procedures (Haushaltsgrunds\u00e4tzegesetz, HGrG).<\/p>\n<p>Electricity intensive companies in the manufacturing industry may apply to be relieved or released of the EEG contribution. This application requires examination by an auditor in accordance with \u00a7 40 ff.
